I think Darryl's done a good job, for the most part. The Gaudreau-Monahan-Ritchie line was a huge gaffe but it seems we've moved past that, albeit too late. Goaltending skewered his results early on too.
But I do feel he has welcomed some valid criticism with how he's handled high upside guys like Kylington, Phillips etc versus ineffective vets like Nesterov or Ritchie.
No one should be above criticism.
