Then when they delivered the tv, there was a small scratch in the back, they offered to give me a new one or take another $100 off, no one can see it so I took that.
You people just need to learn how to use multi-million dollar corporations and ride them.

Why would anyone trust a retailer that can so easily knock $200 off the price of a TV? Obviously they must be inflating the price of the TV to begin with and offering the discount to dupe the customer into thinking he got a great deal.
Just another reason to avoid Future Shop.
