Maybe I am out to lunch. Phillips hasnt produced like a top AHLer. He still has things to learn down there. He isnt going to be a checker so might as well let him work on his game there. I rather he come up when he is ready and over marinated so he earns his spot. I got no issues with Sutter setting this type of culture. It actually is good for development in my opinion
