Good site...based on that they would be picking 7OA (Seattle) not 6
My 7 games was based on where they were before their final 7 games...to hold that spot from that point they would have had to lose the final 7 games.
So yeah if they tanked since April 9th they could have drafted 7OA.
If they beat Montreal in that game they hit 4 posts and lost by a goal they could clinch next game. IMO they were in it (because of a bad division is fair)
