This team's playoff push ended, for all intents & purposes, when they lost those back to back games in Ottawa in March. Anyone telling themselves that the Flames were still realistically in it after that, are kidding themselves. This team isn't anywhere close to being a contender. Just look at the 12 teams that made the playoffs in divisions other than the North... do the Flames hold a candle to any of them? I think not.
