They won’t want Gaudreau given his UFA status, Lindholm is probably the only player Flames won’t trade and it’s unlikely we would offer up both Zary and Pelletier in any deal anyways.
I don’t see how this is a home run.
But to be fair, this is coming from a guy who thinks Tkachuk will rebound and doesn’t want to see Zary traded.
