Monahan alone should have the value of a high 1st round pick + roster player. IMO Mangiapane and Dube should be worth a low 1st each. Valimaki was a recent enough 1st with good FEL numbers to maintain value, and the 1st is obvious. So, 4 1sts+ worth of equivalent value.

Monahan does not have that value right now. He is on the verge of being a bad contract. We can all dream there is a way to get Eichel here while keeping Tkachuk but I don’t see it and in fact I think it is our only chance. If Brad or whoever can pull off a deal for Eichel that keeps Chucky here I will be impressed beyond belief.
