As a coach I am willing to give him some rope because, what choice do we have? But it's possible that the new NHL has passed him by.

Now, the Flames record isn't really getting any better, but I do think the team is playing much better, just not getting the results. Maybe the results won't come but, again, what choice do we really have?

Yeah I'm pretty terrified of the idea of Darryl having a say in personnel. I hope that ownership hired him to be the head coach only.
