I think the Neal move was worse than Hamonic as far as effect on the team up until now, i.e. the on ice failures so far.
The Hamonic move is only right now at the beginning stages of taking any effect. By that I mean the picks that were moved would only just now be trying to make the team. So going forward from now on maybe it's the worse move. But even so, it was a failure of player identification. If he'd done the same trade for Tanev back then, same price and everything, I think it would arguably have been called a successful move. And you'd have had a useful asset in any event, notwithstanding wins and losses.
