Fittest I've ever been was following a keto diet.

- M-F carbs under 100g, 150+g of protein (likely more). Intermittent fast from 10PM at night until 2PM the next day.
- BCAA's before noon workout
- Saturday one cheat meal
- Sunday free for all
- gym 5 days a week, golf 3 days a week, usually walking

In 4 months I went from relatively fit 40 year old to "what steroids are you taking"?

It's an unbelievably effective way of dropping weight.

Eating Tips:
- get boxes of Smart Sweets from Costco
- Save-on has specials on wings, sausages and skewers through the week.
- swap bean pasta for pasta
- Keto wraps off Amazon
- Keto buns are easy to find
- Sugarless ketchup
- Tuna salads drenched in Subway dressing for lunch
- bacon and eggs for breakfast
- flavoured pork rinds dipped in baba ghanoush (this is debateable, I smoke a lot of weed)
- Ice water and MIO drops
