Liverpool have four matches left and are currently on 57 points.
May 13 Manchester United away
May 16 West Brom away
May 19 Burnley away
May 23 Crystal Palace home
Leicester have Manchester United away, Chelsea away, and Spurs at home. They're currently six points ahead of Liverpool. If, and that's a big if, Liverpool can beat Manchester United on Thursday, they've got a great shot at finishing above Leicester.
