It took 8 months for them to finally do what they said they'd do at the very beginning - replace it. And they had it in stock. Every time I called them, it was a huge hassle.
Add to that the ridiculous obviously-on-commission salespeople, and it's just a horrid experience all around. It's the only place I can think of that I would never go back to.

I almost forgot about Soundsaround. I've never shopped there for that reason. They totally treat you like Sh*t if you aren't buying what they want you to.
