Seems to be among the people who speak most about giving whatever losers are currently on staff the benefit of the doubt. Brent, GG, Ward, Treliving, Sigalet to name a few. Been happening for years.

The most damning actual example Sarich brought forward, that I heard, of something Bob specifically did, was that Bob wouldn’t let them pass backward in the zone. Boo hoo.

And other than that, he used demotion as a stick for fringe players some of the time. I wonder if it worked better than just going ahead and gifting them top 6 time.
