I know everyone wanted an experienced coach. But I do not think Darryl Sutter is the right coach for where this franchise is. But he's got a 3 year deal so certainly no change is forthcoming.

I wasn't really on board with hiring Sutter, but I could have accepted a "finish the season to see what we have" situation. The three year term is going to lead to exactly what you posted. The organization is painfully slow to accept the reality of what this team is and what teams have to go through to actually contend.
