I just see people post on there here that they've gotten bad service, which in today's market would be hard not to expect. In most instances, you could find more than 4 people working in a department in a specific store, and many stores for most chains that have popped up here.

I think there's a utopian idea of what is expected when one walks into a store, and we live by the 'customer is always right' kredo. But there's been a shift in the world from bend over backwards (which I try to do in my two jobs), and not giving two ****s.

In my experiences, going up the ladder can work, but isn't perfect. Then again, the way things happen in one store could be different in a different store. And customer attitude can change customer service attitude as well.

I'm not trying to call everyone in here an ass for having an opinion about a place or two... but I'm surprised to see how many places people wont go to based on one bad experience. I hardly ever leave a place, or hang up on a place without getting what I want. If I have to, I'll try again when my head is clear, and I'm probably 99% effective in doing so.

Just thought I'd share the old idea of 'if at first you don't succeed, try... try again'.
