Also the more I look back at this, especially now that it’s been 2 years since End Game (which is crazy) the more remarkable this MCU journey truly is.
23 movies. Not all of them were good. Some were great. But none were outright bad. They really were able to take over the industry and Marvel took over pop culture.
And the biggest thing is they did all work together to build to what is still probably by favourite cinematic experience of all time in Infinity War.
In terms of just overall complexity to pull something like that off it has to be one of the biggest achievements in cinematic history.
Also I think the pandemic helped Marvel a lot. After End Game I think their was a bit of fatigue, and it seemed like it would be tough to follow that up. But now after a two year break from any new feature films it feels like the excitement is there again.

This is the big thing, I can look forward to watching the entire MCU catalog with my kids when they're older and not worry about having to skip anything. Thor Dark World is pretty much agreed upon as being the worst Marvel movie, but even that I can still find some enjoyment in. The Thor/Loki dynamic is great, the battle scenes are fun to watch, and there's some decent humor as well. I'll never go out of my way to rewatch it, but I wouldn't have to leave the room if it's on unlike most of the DC movies
