Right now there are 4 teams leading their division with a negative run differential. In fact in the NL East is the weirdest, there is only one team that has a positive run differential and that's Miami. and they are in last place in that division.
Things will sort into their natural alignments in a couple months but there are definitely some paper tigers in the league right now. The Royals at 16-10 and the Mariners at 16-13. I envision both those teams at or near the bottom of their respective divisions by the end of the season.

I feel like the Royals have a sneaky good team. If things break right for them I can see playoffs for them. They likely won't remain in first though.
