Near the end of the game the puck was in the Oilers corner and Gaudreau raced in to get the puck. He beat everyone to the puck but instead stopped about 8’ shy. Oilers easily cleared the puck out. Flames will never win anything with this core when the best player is to scared to sacrifice his body when the game is on the line. He would rather lose the game than battle for the puck and risk getting hit.
Also he scored 1 time 5 years ago by shooting from the Corner goal line. Gone 0 for 200 ever since.
