I lost 40lbs in 4 months. gained 10 back after a couple months and maintained from their up until this christmas (many years later), due to stress, xmas foods, covid, etc. Now 20lbs over my lowest number, but I'm also almost 60 days in for boarding, golfing, biking, or lifting daily.



The education from keto will last a lifetime for maintaining. people need to eat more veg, not be afraid of fat, and stop crushing burgers, sandwiches, and pizza daily.



It seemed unbelievable pre-keto and I feel smarter and healthier post-keto.
