Saint John loses to Acadie-Bathurst 4-3 in OT. Francis second star with 2 goals. Poirier with 2a,+1. Saint John is 5 games into the playoffs, and are in the midst of a round-robin with Acadie-Bathurst, and Moncton. Both Poirier and Francis have 2g/5a/7pts thus far in the playoffs.

Val D'or won their series over Baie-Comeau in 3 games straight. Pelletier has 3gp/1g/4a/5pts.

Wolf stops 34 of 38 in a 5-2 loss to Portland. 1.88GAA, .939%.

Kamloops loses 6-1 to Kelowna, Zary did not play. He was the victim of a headshot last game against the Cougars, by Jonny Hooker, who only got a 2 minute penalty for charging. Zary was noticeably wobbly, and was helped off the ice, and didn't return. Alternate Captain Montana Onyebuchi (who attended a Flames rookie camp at one time), called out his teammates for not responding. Apparently, a number of Blazers tried to fight various members of the Cougars, but nobody would go. Onyebuchi said he would have taken care of it but Hooker was "not in his weight class". WTF
