Been there, done that myself. Good to see I'm not the only one.
I will rarely avoid a place based on advertising. But I will stay when somebody pushes those buttons that Frank talks about. Most times it happens because somebody is afraid to say "I don't know." Or a better phrase would be "I don't know, and I'd rather not make an un-educated guess rather than send you home with the wrong thing."
