To Flames: JVR/Ghost (cap)+ Patrick + Frost
It is buying low on Patrick and Frost but those are 2 young centers who could work for a retool as they are both 23 and could step in right away but develop in 2-3 years. JVR/Ghost would be exposed in expansion and whichever one we get goes unclaimed they still fill a short term need.
