If they could just design a seat package where the seats fold down to become the beds they'd be there. Minivans are just begging to be little campers, but you have to totally DIY it to get there.

The problem is that the space with foldable seats is only realistically good for 2 people, so you need the pop top to add 2 more. Minivans are all about families, so having that pop top would be perfect for kids. Yes, it would add to the 5-10K to the cost, but hey, it's the fancy camping version Sienna!
Mercedes is partnering with some outfitters with the Metris to offer pop-tops and kitchens etc...unfortunately with it being Mercedes pricing it gets pretty crazy. Toyota would hopefully be more reasonable.
