1) Does it have an elevator or swimming pool? If it does be sure to review any documents to see if it needs to be replaced.

4) My experience is that there are some really good condo conversions out there, with buildings that have been well maintained and such. THen there are others that are not, and are being converted to avoid a large capital expense. Do your homework, get on the Board, and hold the developer to task if necessary.
