I think it's a really good trade for both teams. It's exceptional asset management by the Ravens who have turned a third round pick into a pretty nice haul before they have to pay him. For the Chiefs it does get them a guy who if he can remain healthy will be covering the blind side for their most valuable asset for the next 10 years. They don't have to pay him top money yet, and if he's as good as they think they'll find a way to keep him. Hill and Kelce are not getting any younger so this current group only has 2-3 years left until it's time to turn over the skill position guys.
