Actually that's a really good point.
Moving back three spots in the draft is pretty small compared to having the value of some of the players you may look to move increase.
This summer is going to be interesting. If they make changes it will probably have to be a step back to take two steps forward in subsequent years thing. You're not going to get equal contributing players if they make big changes.
