Just looking at this one 1 block north of SAIT called the Haiku. It looks great and the location is awesome. I've never bought a condo that has been converted before. Is there anything I should watch out for? Condo fees are only $190 including everything except for power.

The name of the company who is doing the conversion is called Condosphere. Thanx!
