I just dont put Tkachuk in the same tier as other players currently in the $9M range.

Regardless of age, I would rather Kucherov, Rantonen, Stone, Ovechkin, Malkin..over Tkachuk.

But when you look at players with expiring deals while still remaining an RFA in the next couple year he's in the top 5 (Point, Dubois, Boeser, to me are all better).

Tough spot to be in.
