You have to change the mentality of this group and to really do that you need to change out the players who have been here long term through all of this crap. In the offseason you have to trade Gio, Gaudreau, Monahan, and Backlund. Those 4 guys need to go to really change this team. I think Tkachuk is over frustrated and is still a guy you want to go to war with. That being said we need to know if he wants to stay long term. If he doesn't he should go too this offseason. Also, hopefully Sutter gets to bring in his own asssistant coaches and we get rid of the garbage ones we have now.
