I didn't do a hard keto, but simply removed carbs like bread, pasta, rice out of my diet. I didn't increase fat intake, and already taking in a high protein (1g/lbs of body weight).
During covid, I incorporated intermittent fasting, and increased my water intake to roughly 3-4L per day.
Results have been solid, especially given the reduction in resistance training due to home workouts. My only issue is covid lockdown have me taking in my vices more than usual on the weekends (ie. booze, ordering food/takeout). I used to do a cheat day, but that's basically stretched to cheat weekends now, to keep me sane thru everything going on
