Making players interchangeable and increasing the value. Sutter may not be pretty but he's effective.
I hope all of these guys embraces roles offered and want more.
Sutter was absolutely BANG on when assessing Tres blueprint but how that blueprint wasn't being built properly to achieve the architect's vision.
Get these guys playing with pace to their potential . Finding out how much more can be unlocked and how many more gears are left to use is how this team changes . I love this team now that Darryl is back.
Next year under normal circumstances these guys will be ready because they'll know what's expected of them on a consistent basis.

I think Ritchie gets opportunities because of his effort. but as mentioned he expects more if the player has more potential. This would be that "carrot" Sutter was recently talking about.
