than how do I convert it in photoshop, when I go to save it my only option is as a psd, is there a way to change that? [/b][/quote]
You can either:
1)Click Save As then you sill see a drop down menu where you can select different file formate.. it's .psd by default but there are a bunch you can select
or
2) File/Save for Web
