What? Buy XLM (.48 cents transfer cost) or BCH (.67 cents transfer cost) on CB, or use CB Pro to convert whatever holding you want to transfer to either XLM or BCH, and send it to Binance for literally 50 cents more than you paid to get it on CB/Pro, and never deal with bull#### trading fees again.
Do this in reverse to cash out, except it will only cost you the price of trading to XLM or BCH at .075% and the transfer, plus the 2.99 CB charges to send to PayPal.
Or just mine into Binance since they use static Ethereum addresses.
