I think a lot of the RS4's in that generation started coming right hand drive in to Japan. I know the later generation RS6's start really getting tough to find in LHD. That one is RHD, not the same as a JDM RHD car in terms of just dealing with it imo.
Edit: nm that looks LHD assuming that's the display hump behind that windshield glare.
