That's a very exclusive club. Out for ~400 players that played in the SHL this year, there were 12 under the age of 20 that played 30 or more games. Of those, 6 were forwards and Heineman was 2nd in scoring.
I only used players that are currently under 20 year of age as of today. Players that turned 20 this year but started the year under were not included, basically because it's time consuming. Had to draw the line somewhere.

For future reference you can use elite prospects, select a league, and filter by age, so you don’t have to manually go and try to find the players under a certain age in a league.
Using that side there were 22 players that played at least 30 games, who were under 20 at the start of the year.
Of those 22 Heineman ranks 8th in scoring.
