Wow...and like that, the Sam Bennett era is over in Cowtown. Have to say, that’s a heck of a return for a player who was likely not going to be protected.
Hope Florida gets some good use out of Bennett, especially in the playoffs where he shines bright. Honestly, a bit glad though that we can move on from all the drama. Not sure I’ve ever seen a more polarizing player in this organization. Like, thousands upon thousands of hours of Bennett talk littered CP and the madness can finally end regardless of which side you were on.
