While pretty much everything has gone bad for the Flames, everything has gone right for the Oilers. Mike Smith putting up 0.922 with a 2.34 GAA for example means he's likely coming back for them next year. Give Barrie a raise!

I think there is a very real possibility that Mike Smith prices himself out of Edmonton this off-season.

The Oilers may be having a good covid-regular season, but they get dummied by any top 10 team in the league, and have trouble with middle of the pack teams. See their 12 of 16 losses this season against Toronto, Winnipeg and Montreal.

No.
Not even a bloated record against the worst team in the Division can save the Edmonton Oilers.
Nothing can save them.
Nothing.
Edmonton is no good.
