Acciari was great last year, as was Vatrano. They just picked up where they left up and got even better. Luostarinen has been a surprise for me as I never heard of him before this year. Tippett and Marchment have been projects for a while (Marchment with the Leafs before this).
The new GM has been quite shrewd when finding good young players about to pop. I hope he can keep it up with these new acquisitions.

I think the two players the Panthers got were two contracts to help balance out the deal. Their is no popping here.
Panthers dumped cap, and Chicago got a useful back end dman in Stillman and a potential boom guy playing in Europe . With Chicago’s recent success in Europe (Lankinen, Suter), I expect they think he’s got something they can help his development with.
