There's really no single thing that's the golden bullet. But it's one of those little things that adds up after a while. Especially when you go from bunker, skull it off the lip to another spot in the bunker, then go across the green into a different bunker. Walk around, find a rake because people have piled them into the same spot like animals, walk back to your entry point to have the least amount of raking. And so on.
I'd call it 5-10 minutes a round for a typical round. Not a lot on it's own but combined with some of the other things and it's noticeable. I think if you timed the raking time people had during a round you'd be surprised.
