Like 4x4... I don’t need that to be an electronic dial that kicks in when it wants, if it wants, and if it’s working. I have a manual control on the floor, and it’s awesome. And it feels awesome to use. Why change that? Electric shifters? Get out of here. I want the shifter to at least click into a new place. Why wouldn’t it? Just silly. Silly ‘innovation’ to make sure that you are ‘innovating’ so you don’t peeve off posters like above wondering why a perfectly operational and attractive truck needs to ‘innovate’. Right in line with “touchscreens are better” thinking. Unnecessary and in no way an actual improvement.

Electric parking brakes are super annoying, too. My 2016 F-150 has one and it takes a couple seconds to fully engage versus the fraction of a second to stomp your foot down on a traditional mechanical parking brake. It annoys me every time I use it.
