I like to use the option that automatically moves the seat all the way back when you turn the car off, and then moves it forward to a pre-set location when you get in and sit down.

During the cold snap, the motor that drives the seat froze and broke...so now my seat was stuck as far back as it could go. With no way at all to move it forward, without tearing the seat apart to get at the screw rails myself.

It was then that I learned that the manual adjustment I had assumed existed, did not. Luckily, I was able to make things work enough to get to garage to get it fixed, but it was really annoying all of the sudden to have a seat you can't control.

I don't "hate" power seats, but I think that there should/needs to be a manual override.
I basically don’t like most digital features that don’t need to be digital to improve their function.

Like 4x4... I don’t need that to be an electronic dial that kicks in when it wants, if it wants, and if it’s working. I have a manual control on the floor, and it’s awesome. And it feels awesome to use. Why change that? Electric shifters? Get out of here. I want the shifter to at least click into a new place. Why wouldn’t it? Just silly. Silly ‘innovation’ to make sure that you are ‘innovating’ so you don’t peeve off posters like above wondering why a perfectly operational and attractive truck needs to ‘innovate’. Right in line with “touchscreens are better” thinking. Unnecessary and in no way an actual improvement.
