What's in your YouTube subscriptions?
The Big Guns for entertainment- Slow Mo Guys, Corridor Crew, How Ridiculous, Mark Rober, Taskmaster
"Hmm, that's interesting" stuff - Tom Scott, Vox, Vsauce
Things I like - Liverpool FC, U2, Sigur Ros and some channels who upload Irish/UK TV
And then onto the more esoteric stuff -
Joolz Guides - cheeky bowler-hatted London chappie gives interesting tours of London
John Rogers - almost the polar opposite of the above channel, as it's very low key and relaxing, but it's essentially the same thing except with long walks through the outer areas of London rather than the city centre.
Geoff Marshall - train nerd. I'm not into trains (I enjoy travelling in them, but couldn't tell you one type from another) but I like watching his journeys to far flung stations in the UK.
Cruising the Cut - guy drives (?, sails?) his canal boat throughout England. I have no experience in this but I daydream about doing it. Another super relaxing channel, I got into these when the lockdown first hit last year and I needed something unchallenging.
Steve Donoghue - professional book reviewer talks about books. Super opinionated and occasionally ornery, but also extremely, extremely knowledgeable.
