So you only see the initial ticket charge. Then find out if you didn't want to book the same trip every month, you'd have had to have unchecked a box about SkyTrax ratings of how great the airline in.

Now, if you book basic a window pops up informing you about additional charges and options for different fares.

In Canada companies have to go out of their way to ensure you don't get bilked.

The fact the victims are getting their money back is a good thing and demonstrates that what the campaigns did was unethical.
