We are talking about a team which usually in the 10 not trade list most of the players. If BT was GM of attractive US team he may just doing well.
Anyway he knows how to operate this team now. He improved draft team which may be most important part of organization.
I think owners accepted to spend cap limit but they wanted to have a tean can qualify PO every year. So GM tried keep this group and help them with some FA signing.
Who could see this team fails like that before the season starts.
