Or are you related to Treliving? There is something called accountability - especially when you are in an executive position.

Sure, learn for the first few years if you must. But you shouldn't be learning basics on how to build a team, 7 years into your tenure. What a joke.
So because he disagrees with you he's either never been employed or a relative of the guy you want fired? Oh and btw it's also your fault the team sucks because you are unemployable or a relative of Treliving.
