Probably is near the top of the goal scoring race too. Put the puck on vintage Monahan's stick in dangerous places and he cashes in a lot of the time. Tbh Gaudreau has sucked as a playmaker at even strength for some time too, even if Sean's shot has taken a hit. He's not getting set up nearly as often.

Monday’s shot flubs were mostly on Monahan. But he’s been getting the pucks in his feet, too late (and then deflected) and when he’s well covered a lot this year. And the shot gets tipped off target and the “he needs to bury that” comments happen.
