Whether or not Eichel improves the team is irrelevant, the current core is not good enough to get this team anywhere. This team lacks playmaking centres, not sure anyone would even debate that. Even if it does not work out with Eichel, at least we tried something radical. My only position on a trade is that we should be keeping our first round picks, hard to determine if the team will actually be better considering the amount of gutting to the current roster it would take to get this guy. Besides that anyone on the team, plus prospects should be available
