Largely, none of this matters - but I guess I’d say if Sutter was trying to change the culture, then why are the players at the root of the culture issue still playing? “Demoting” Mangiapane and having Leivo and Ritchie player with Tkachuk/Lindholm/Gaudreau/Monahan is a move worth questioning.
So far, we’ve seen Tkachuk’s minutes reduced, Valimaki and Dube scratched, while Gio, Ritchie and Backlund’s roles all grow. I’d argue the leadership group of Gio/Backlund/Monahan is the group of players that this team needs to grow beyond, and move on from...but I guess we’ll see how it goes.

I don't like the line up either, but I'm happy to see some messages being sent.
I don't see the fourth line as the fourth line though when you have Nordstrom and Ritchie on other lines.
That line looks more like line two
