He hasn’t been for some time and his value will reflect that.
59 points for a 1st line players getting all the ice time and premium pp time is what non playoff teams get.
With basically 1 year left on his contract and his reputation as a low compete player especially in the playoffs, no one is valuing him as an 80 point player.
He has value, make no mistake, but it’s not as an elite player.
