No time to change the system, so all he's working on seems to be getting this team putting forth effort for a full game - which I think he's getting. The players are working hard on a nightly basis, but they're still woefully under-skilled and very few of the players seem to be willing to play in the painful parts of the ice.
Huge roster alterations required.
I honestly like where we're starting from this coming off-season more than where we were the last time we had to restructure the team. This time around we have Markstrom and Sutter, and a number of assets that should get us better returns than the garbage Feaster/Weisbrod got for Bouw and Iggy.
